Purchase Options and Cancellation Policy

Purchase Options

  • All purchases made through Nut Dreamers are final and cannot be canceled or modified once submitted.
  • Before completing your order, please ensure all details, including product selection, shipping address, and payment information, are accurate.

Cancellations

  • Orders: Orders are processed immediately upon receipt to ensure timely delivery. As a result, we are unable to accommodate cancellations or modifications after the order has been placed.
  • Subscriptions:
    • When you agree to the "Subscribe and Save" option, you commit to at least two billing cycles (one being the initial order).
    • Subscriptions can be canceled or modified by contacting us at support@thenutdreamers.com at least two days before your next scheduled renewal date.

Damages and Defective Products

  • If you receive a defective or damaged product, you must notify us at support@thenutdreamers.com within seven days of delivery. We will evaluate the issue and provide a resolution, such as a replacement or refund, if applicable.

Refunds or Adjustments

  • Refunds or adjustments will only be considered for defective or damaged items reported within the seven-day timeframe. Nut Dreamers reserves the right to assess refund or replacement eligibility on a case-by-case basis.
