Cancellations
Orders: Orders are processed immediately upon receipt to ensure timely delivery. As a result, we are unable to accommodate cancellations or modifications after the order has been placed.
Subscriptions:
When you agree to the "Subscribe and Save" option, you commit to at least two billing cycles (one being the initial order).
Subscriptions can be canceled or modified by contacting us at support@thenutdreamers.com at least two days before your next scheduled renewal date.
Damages and Defective Products
If you receive a defective or damaged product, you must notify us at support@thenutdreamers.com within seven days of delivery. We will evaluate the issue and provide a resolution, such as a replacement or refund, if applicable.
Refunds or Adjustments
Refunds or adjustments will only be considered for defective or damaged items reported within the seven-day timeframe. Nut Dreamers reserves the right to assess refund or replacement eligibility on a case-by-case basis.
